At the Good Books Company, we offer remote bookkeeping or virtual bookkeeping services through QuickBooks Online (QBO) by Intuit. QBO is one of the leading providers of cloud-based, software for bookkeepers and accountants geared towards small to medium-sized businesses. Because of their relentless dedication, there are hundreds of add-ons that work seamlessly with QBO that can enhance productivity within your business.

Cloud-based accounting software doesn’t require a systems engineer to use and is less expensive than their database software counterparts. It allows for real-time access to the books including reports such as Accounts Receivable Aging Report (AR Aging), Profit and Loss Statement (P&L), Balance Sheets, and more. 

Essentially, QBO enables us to work on your books without actually having to be on location saving you money and giving you more flexibility; no longer is distance a factor when choosing a bookkeeper.

The first step would be to set up access to QBO. Whether you are currently working with QBO, QuickBooks Desktop (QBD), or a whole other system, we can walk you through these processes.

Next, we will set up a “bank feed” within QBO which automatically and securely uploads your bank statements into QBO.

From there, we go work hard for you!
